Who are we?

To start the year off, we used PicCollage on the iPads to make collages to show important things about oursleves, our backgrounds and our families and the things we like.

Animal Vocabulary

We have been learning new vocabulary to support the learning in classrooms about animals this term.  The students were able to give their own definitions of new words after some discussion (prior knowledge and consolidating new learning) and exploration of books, YouTube clips and the internet.

Welcome to ESOL

 Welcome to ESOL at Aranui Primary 2013.  This is a place to share what we are learning about and celebrate our achievements.  We look forward to comments from family and friends about our learning.
